I have just set up a Comcast business line at my office. I set up call forwarding to my iPhone which has a Credo is the carrier. When I have someone call my iPhone number with the business number it will ring through to my iPhone but it won’t go to my voicemail it says please dial *** error message three. I talked to Comcast and they said once the call is successfully forwarded it’s out of their hands and I have to do with CREDO and voicemail.
GetHuman-hlbirrel did not yet indicate what CREDO Mobile should do to make this right.
