I am trying to call to get my balance to make a payment but your options have changed when you call in. Stating that CPS is experiencing high call volume and will call me back in * to * min. and to input phone number. My cell phone number has changed so I entered my home number and automated service told me number invalid so tried my new cell number and also advised me invalid, Very frustrated that I cannot get to speak to a customer service rep to update my contact info. with new cell number and also system is advising my home number which i believe is on file is stating also invalid. Need someone to please call me at ***-***-****- would prefer a phone call NOT and EMAIL!
