I just went to your location at **** Hwy ***Oakland, TN *****. I waited at the drive thru speaker for several minutes before anyone spoke and she rudely said “our drive-thru is closed, come inside”. End of story!!! What does that even mean? The window won’t open? How hard is it to give someone an order through the window even if you have to ring it up at another register. AT LEAST, put a sign out so people don’t just sit in the drive thru line...
