Good afternoon sir or ma'am, * I have been a very satisfied and paying user of Bumble for quite some time. As an active duty member of the United States Navy, both myself and friends of mine in the service have enjoyed Bumble's services for fun dating and new friends due to the fact that we move from location to location around the country quite often. As of this morning i have noticed i am not able to log in through facebook or my personal contact number. Last night i had recieved an insult from a female user to which i had also returned insults to. By doing so, I believe that said user had reported me to your administration resulting in my account being removed. My question is primarily focused on if i am able to have my account returned to normal status or if there is any means of an appeal process as i am very satisfied with your service and would like to continue usage. I had recieved no warning via email or direct message from administration for any behavior deemed unsatisfactory.
