I can’t retrieve any matches even though I paid. Every time I click on the queue it refers me back to billing, even though it indicates payment was processed and repeatedly * both * week and * month and possibly one week twice! I’d like to: *) get to use the service I was billed for and *) get a refund of the * week addition that I think went thru two times while I was trying to get it to work. I’m okay with paying for the one month order but I need to be able to use it. My queu of matches may expire because I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for a day. I’ve previously contacted Bumble via email and there is no customer service phone * listed to actually get this fixed by a live company representative.
