Get money back for charge that should not have been charged!!!! ... Case * ****-SN-*****. I submitted claim on June *. We were incorrectly charged for extra luggage (we are both Star Alliance Gold). We were told it was a mistake and we would be refunded. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED after * attempts online, several email followups, * phone calls. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
We were told by * agents (Rome, Brussels, and Warsaw) that we should never have been charged and to contact you. It's all in the records that it was a mistake by Nick who did it!!
