Brussels Airlines owes us money since June *, **** and has made no effort to refund it.

Help with my Brussels Airlines issue

The issue in GetHuman-bsheinko's own words
Get money back for charge that should not have been charged!!!! ... Case * ****-SN-*****. I submitted claim on June *. We were incorrectly charged for extra luggage (we are both Star Alliance Gold). We were told it was a mistake and we would be refunded. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED after * attempts online, several email followups, * phone calls. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
We were told by * agents (Rome, Brussels, and Warsaw) that we should never have been charged and to contact you. It's all in the records that it was a mistake by Nick who did it!!
Refund the money you owe us NOW. We requested this June *, **** and have tried numerous times to resolve the issue
We have been United Platinum flyers for years. As Star Alliance Gold flyers on a Star Alliance Partner, we expected to be treated as such!
EVERYTHING -- follow up on your website, emails, and phone calls to ***-***-**** ( with ridiculously long wait times), Then only to be told by reservations agents that they will contact customer service (we cannot contact them directly) and that they will contact us - ha ha ha ha
