ref************ I have just recived a letter informing me I missed a payment. I am fuming I am disabled and iwas told to stay at home to avoid this virus I dont do on line payments nore do I do phone banking and yet british gas expect me to go in a que to pay my payment which should be **.** not **.**. if you want to cancel my payment plan you can do so and me and my family will look else where for our gas so much for being a loyal customer of british gas
