I switched to British Gas last October for * day, then cancelled the switch. I got confirmation from BG that my switch had been cancelled but was continuously contacted afterwards, for meter readings, had online banking payment set-up, sent bills etc, even though I repeated informed you that I had gone with another supplier and was paying them. I've gone with Outfox the Market and have been paying them for gas and electricity since October ****. I got another bill from British Gas yesterday for £***. I called Outfox the Market as thought they were going to do an ET (erroneous transfer) a few months back as I am still on the national register as being supplied by BG, they've advised that I need to contact you to do the ET.
GetHuman-leesinc did not yet indicate what British Gas should do to make this right.
