We called for a homecare appointment, waited * days, were let down for appointment slot, finally got slot and engineer said he needed to return. He failed to return today as scheduled, turned up at *.**pm, no phone call, instead of **am. We are furious at the lack of service so far. The appointment tomorrow that my husband rushed to make... rather than suggested * week wait isn’t possible! Homecare payments seem to be a waste of money. Can somebody contact me ASAP to arrange, and turn up, to an appointment. We were due a boiler quote today also but will be looking elsewhere if this continues!
