BOOKING REF KQA*JI *My husband and I booked a special holiday to the Maldives to celebrate our **th wedding anniversary and my **th. As my husband is *ft *in I decided to pay for seating with extra legroom. I selected seating in row ** for both outward and return journey as this clearly showed on the diagram as having extra leg room, however when we boarded, we discovered that this clearly wasn't the case. Not only this but we ended up sitting behind a family with a baby who cried for much of the journey.*I'm bitterly disappointed and I don't understand why you would charge a premium for these seats, also why are you showing them as being much more spacious than others on your diagram?*We are flying back home on **th and I'm keen to hear how you plan to remedy this for us, at the very minimum I expect you to provide us with extra legroom seats for our return journey and refund the premium that we paid for our outward journey.*I am emailing you rather than phoning as calls will cost me £**minute.*I hope that you will be able to rectify this and look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.*Yours*Sarah payne
