My name is Aleksandra Woznica and I work at SamKnows Limited in external affairs. I assist in all internal and external CORE issues. The reason for my email is that my company is looking for transaction that your company might possibly have processed. This would have been an amount of £***.** I have emailed Shannon Stewart attaching bank statement and the transaction tracker that shows that your company was involved in the transfer. Unfortunately she did not get back to me. The first payment went out on the **th of April ** of amount £***.** which is correct and the second payment went out on the same day amount of £***.**. Can you please verify if you have any unclaimed issues for this amount?*This could have been a wire transfer error. It is imperative that we get this issue resolved ASAP. The organization where the funds should have been transferred back is very frustrated. The funds have been missing for months. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. We still believe that outstanding amount of £***.** will be returned to us by the end of next week (the latest) to avoid legal actions.*We look forward to hearing from you.*Aleksandra Woznica Accounts Manager
