I ordered equipment from you. You assigned Nautilus Go Configure to assemble my Max Trainer. I am now waiting for the third time for the technician to show up. He has no showed and not called * times already and it looks like he will do the same again. Getting through on your customer service line is ridiculous....If I cannot get someone to put this unit together for me it is useless to me. I am at a loss about what to do. I call Go configure and maybe they answer their phone and if they do they have some BS reason the tech did not show up. The tech then lies and says I have no voice mail or email for him to respond to. HELP! If you do not get his resolved I will have to return the unit which has not even been opened. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Why are you using such losers for your assembley? Bowflex has a good name.
