I'm trying to pay my bill I have a boost mobile account that's not affiliated to boost stores in which i purchased my phone from a boost store I can only pay my phone bill at the location where u purchased the phone I'm supposed to have ** days of service which I don't get bc my phone service get interrupted b* my ** days my phone is now disconnected b* my ** days which is a inconvenience I called customer service from a friend's device can't speak to a live person my name is Alfred sowell phone * ***-*** **** the location where u purchased the phone was misrepresented bc boost claim they have no information as to why I don't get my full ** service they cut my phone off within ** days can't speak to a representative the whole advertisements is misleading and deceptive and I would like to who is in charge of this defective faulty service please and thank you the name off my phone is easy go boost sold it but can't give.me the.answers regarding my service
