I purchased my motoe* at Boost. I was told I had to have a new phone number but at the end of the month I could put my phone number I've always had on it. Now I read I can't swap my old phone with the motore* I would never have purchased the motoe* if I wasn't able to use my phone number I've always had. I have been a boost customer for years and have purchased many new phones and have never had this problem. Your employee should not have leAd me to believe I could put my phone number on the Motoe* I would have choose a different phone. At the time I tried to go to the Boost store where I purchased it but due to the Covid ** virus the stores were closed. Tried customer service which I've done many times and have always been able to help with any issue but of course due to the Covid ** Virus that is not possible either. I did try to swap it on the boost Mobile my account and thats when I learned the Motoe* is not eligible to swap. So I thought I'd just wait a month for the virus ended to allow stores to open but didn't realize it would drag on this long. Now my original phone with my original number is no longer usable and need my phone number on the motoe*.. I've always had this number and it's the number I have always given for contact info.
