I paid for a service and didn't get the full extent of my plan my due date for my bill was for the **th of April I paid it on the **th of April in Los * or * days off of my plan so instead of me getting ** days or ** days only got ** then I pay the bill early again and I get a text message saying my phone bill is due then I was told you I wouldn't be hard service fees cuz of the problems that I was having and I still got charged to my credit card I am not happy and I would like to get an extra month on my bill for the inconvenience or I will be going to another company I have been dealing with you guys since **** I feel like I'm a very important customer and I feel like I'm being robbed cheated and stolen from which is against the law doesn't matter about a policy or none of that a person pay for it they get it bottom line
