Where do you want me to start...lets see...probably when I did a software update in my settings and it said it had to restart phone and shut off and never came back on...instead I get an error message stating that my phone was corrupted and would not boot. What happened over the course of the last two weeks of my life has been short of ****. I recently had major spine surgery have only been working part time don't have a car very few resources going hungry missed thanksgiving because no one could get a hold of me. I had to walk * miles three times just to be able to contact the outside world in any way spent over three hours in your store waiting to be helped was told phone could be fixed but I would have to pay to ship and print labels for then wait two weeks to get it back so the nice lady at the store told me I would save money if I bought a new phone online which I had to wait a week to get paid to do and did and paid ** bucks to get next day delivery and then didn't leave my house for three days waiting for my phone that didn't come for three days hardly any food money I didn't have. So I take my new phone up to your store to pay my bill and set up phone and I find out I had to pay another **.** hook up fee on a line that was already in service because I bought the phone online which took every dime I had left for the next two weeks plus a *.** convenience fee so no I would not, no recommend that to anyone. EVER. None of this was my fault. I had to pay **.** again on a line that is already in service and pay for next day shipping that came * days later. I would be a little happier if you refunded the **.** and the next day shipping I paid for and did not get
