My name is Ashlee Collet my phone number is ***-***-****. I just switched from at&t to Boost and i got added to my mom account with her. Her name is Tamera Collet and her number is ***-***-****. We did this on December *rd and we paid $**.** dollar's. The store said there was a promotion going on and i could get a free phone and all i would have to pay is $**.** bucks and get the first month free. So my mom up her plane to $**.** bucks and added a line to do this. It was *:**pm late evening almost time for them to close. They guy took my at&t account info like account number ********** and asked me for my at&t pin * ******. And asked me for my phone number ***-***-****. And my mother signed the paperwork and paid the bill witch came to$ **.**. And he got the phone that i wanted witch is the Samsung J* Refine. This was done at the business Loop location in Colombia Mo. There phone number is ***-***-****. I haven't had a phone all this time. The guy at the store said he tried calling me and my mother a couple of times but we haven't had no missed phone calls. And when i talked to him on the phone this evening he said he had the at&t pin wrong so i gave it to him again and he said wait ten minute and power the phone off and restart it and it will work so i did that and it didnt work. So i try calling him back and it was minute before *:**pm and they didnt pick up. I called the customer service representative at ********** three time and all three time they told me i had ro make a payment and i told them my mom paid the $**.** bucks and they still said i had to pay more. So here i sit going on two days with no phone. And if the guy in side the store would of took the time and took my phone out of the box and not been to lazy and pushed me and my mother out of the store just cause it was getting close time to shut down this wouldnt be happening. I am a new customer with out service thats so sad. And im not happy this shouldnt be happening! My mother has bee. A customer for over a year now and she is not happy as well. I want my phone on and working and i think for all the trouble and issues and doing with out service for two days and going to have to take time off work early to be able to go inside the store since that is what we got told to do. I think boost should give us next month free credited to are account for are troubles and time out of are days that is having us away from are work and family. I have a blood disorder and my blood count stays low and i have * children at home with and i am to always have a phone incase i need to call my mom or husband for help. I hope boost understand that i switched to the company and i know boost would be not happy with the service i have received. I hope we can resolve this issue very fast.
