Get the unlimited data that was sold to me ... I called boost this morning and spoke with Alex about my data usage. I had a difficult time understanding her and asked for a supervisor. Alex put me on hold and never returned to the phone. When I tried to call back my phone service had been disconnected and my bill has already been paid but not due until ********. I then called boost from my landline and spoke with Sophie who put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I called back and spoke with Eva who put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I waited on hold through all of these calls for so long that my fully charged battery went dead on my landline. I've contacted the BBB but someone at boost needs to help me now. My phone number which I've had for ** years is in jeopardy
They disconnected my phone and my bill is paid
