Help with my Boost Mobile issue

I have a issue with my Boost Mobile account apparently Boost Mobile sent the pin number to my account to my device which was stolen about * days after I purchased it I bring my number over from MetroPCS to Boost Mobile and I was able to get the LG Stylo for * Days Later it was stolen from me and the thief apparently acquired the pin number to my account by having it sent to the phone to the mobile device I've been trying over and over and over to get my account secure which is still being used by the way to no avail the representatives that I've spoken to which has been several within the past couple of weeks are very rude they cannot help me they get me to a certain extent of our conversation and then the phone hangs up your employees hang up on me I am in the process of acquiring some sort of legal defense to sue Boost Mobile at this time I have been without a phone for almost a month now and it is not right you guys have my number from Metro PCS my account is in my name apparently the employee that change my account for me he changed my PIN number ask me for * digits and he did not put the proper numbers inside of the computers there for the couple of representatives were not able to access my account you guys are pathetic. I want my account fixed I want my number working I have insurance on my phone that you guys cannot even access my account at this time is what I'm being told then I've been given the runaround it's not right I'm going to sue please do something
