Oct **, **** Spoke with* Top Floor Sup refuse to apply BSTFreeMsg: You added $*.** to your account. We'll use this to cover your next monthly charge. Thanks! To my Sept **** bill. Ea month the Boost reps charges me $* fee when making debit payment. Policy state no payment for phone payment. Retail payment charges $* fee. *BSTFreeMsg: $**.** has been added to your acct. To view details, log into My Account online or on your phone. Thanks & we hope you enjoy your service. Paid for August **** debit payment by phone. *Boost rep kept charging me $* fee when they were not suppose to when I made my payment which caused the credits toward the next month bill. *The Top Sup used the Aug $* credit that was for Sept and applied it to an already paid in full Aug Bill($**). *I'm completely disgust over this! All for $* dollars. How many more customers are dealing with this? Which adds up to Cha-ching$$$
