On Friday September **th I went to the boost mobile in Lakes Mall in Muskegon MI for phone * ***-***-**** and wanted to get put on the * lines for $*** dollars plan at which time I also added a line. After * hours and * calls from the rep to boost I was said to be done. Only to find out that is still not right and I had to pay an additional ** dollar more for my new line which was now taken off the * line family plan an put on a separate ** dollar unlimited plan. I must say I am not impressed and after being a customer of over ** years I am considering leaving as this is not fair. I would like this issue resolve asap and i don't mind if the ** dollars is credited to my account for next month. If this issue is not resolved in a timely fashion I will have no choice but to find another carrier that won't promise me one thing then over charge me only to not be on the plan I chose. Please help me today.
