Ask for service in this store for my phone at boost mobile store located at ***** lorain road , fairview , ohio , ***** , *-***-***-**** on ******* at *:** pm est. Phone had lost all settings, icons, task bar at bottom ect. Last night while sleeping. The sales person kept telling me i did something to it. After a couple times explaining what i just mentioned he tried telling me "maybe it was an upgrade". I told him i have had this service a long time and no upgrade ever deleted all the above phone problems before. This sales person was not helpful or knowledgeable about phones at all. This whole conversation he was obnoxious and cocky to me. I ask him what his name was and his response word for word was "it's non of your ******* business" "get the **** out of my store" so i left. I now have a phone with none of the personal setting that took me years to set up but do not believe a customer should be treated this way. I'm very dissatisfied with both the phones present condition and the treatment received by a boost mobile representative. I would like my phone restored to the way it was on *******. If i got to start all over with this phone I'll do it with a new service and hopefully better customer service than what i received at the above store. Unless something is done to correct these problems you are going to loose a customer. I'm sure more than just me if this store personnel treats everyone this way. Would like a phone number to talk to someone in person. Thanks for your time.
