Help with my Boost Mobile issue

I had two phones under my account. On the last day of service, on my daughters phone (*** *** ****) ((password ****)). I called and had the service terminated. They still took out the payment. I called Boost and they told me I had to go through my bank. I called my bank and they told me the complete opposite. It was a back and forth thing. I called back and Boost told me there was nothing they could do about the charge. My wife called back and we had the same result. We asked for a name, or badge number, but she said she couldn't give it to us because of privacy reasons. All I wanted was the money, that was for my daughters phone, to be transferred to the balance on my phone. I am not happy about this incident. She did not make one call or text for her month, but they can't credit my other phone balance. I almost went and changed services, but I am waiting on a response.
GetHuman722089 did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
