I have booked many times through Booking.com and I have never had a problem. This time it is really bad. My reservation number is ********** for Ubud Village hotel in Ubud, dates **-** July ****. On your website it said it was discounted from NZ$*** to NZ $ *** if PAY NOW was used which I did. Although the amount stated $*** when I booked I thought you would automatically deduct $ *** . To my surprise on my bankaccount at first *** was mentioned as to be deducted and just now I noticed that NZ $*** , so even more was deducted from my credit card. I want this corrected asap. I have complained yesterday as well and got some replies that They would look into it but it only got worse. So please refund the NZ$*** asap and charge me the $*** as mentioned in your website for the Ubud Village Hotel. Looking forward to hear from you asap to get this solved. You can see that I also have made a book*ng for our whole family of ** for July *-* in Amed and will have to make more reservations so PLEASE solve this problem of overcharging asap ! John Tinholt
