IM ROBERTO G. DE CHAVEZ, from the Philippines, I booked a hotel @ microhotel Hongkong *** - Alhambra Building Nathan Road. Last October **-**,**** . It so happened that they double charged me on the payment with different amount.. The original amount during my booking is php. *,*** or $HK ***.** during my inquiry it is $H*** and thrn when I got the official receipt it was $HK *** . The hotel collected the double payments via BDO bank with two consecutive dates stated in my bank account amounting to Php **,***.**.*The hotel in -charged told me that she is not responsible in the collection leaving me NO CLUE on my concern until I left the hotel dated October **,**** at *:** in the morning.. I try to contact the finance in charge but NO Answer . PLEASE HELP ME COORDINATE TO YOUR CLIENT COMPANY.. I TRUST BOOK.COM AS I USED IT TWICE IN MY PREVIOUS TRAVEL. BUT NOW WORSE THING HAPPEN..
