We booked a one room reservation at the Mecure London Bloomsbury hotel for July **th and **th ****. Upon arrival at *:**pm, we were informed that we had booked two rooms not one. We figured there must have been an electronic mistake and asked to see the guest services manager. He said that we could have cancelled the room up until *:** but after that we would be charged for a one night"s stay for the extra room. Having a arrived at the hotel from the airport after *:** pm we did not know that an extra room had been booked and therefore did not know to cancel it. Unfortunately there was no flexibility for our circumstances. I have contacted my credit card company about the extra charge and they suggested that I recontact you again and hopefully someone further up in your organization could help. I am not sure why the hotel was so addiment about making any adjustment. *confirm. * ***********code * *****Looking forward to your response.*Ed Szeliga
