I am now staying in Fleming's hotel Frankfurt main riverside. They charged me the money two times. They took **** Euro two times. When the other hotel La Toscana am Europapark in Ringsheim tried to charge the money of my stay, they didn't find enough money in the credit card. Now Fleming's hotel is a thief and if you don't ask them to give me my money back, I will go to the police and accuse them of stealing my money. I want you to solve the problem now because they took the full amount on ** th of July and took the same amount again on **th July. Now I need my money. They told me that they cancelled the second process but the other hotels that I booked in will cancel my booking because there is no enough money in my credit. The other hotels are Novotel in Munich that I will stay in from ** to **th August. And La Toscana that I will stay in from * to ** August.*I want the problem to be solved today.
