I booked through you to stay at the Westone Manor hotel in Northampton at the beginning of January **** (*th to **th) **Confirmation number: **********.**I booked a flexible rate and on day, I told them I would only stay * nights, instead of *. The Operations Manager Godfrey promised me a refund of the one night. I have contacted the hotel directly on numerous occasions and still have no joy with the refund. I have been waiting * months and I think it is OUTRAGEOUS that this should happen. **I need to report this hotel as dreadful all round and I am extremely unhappy with this outcome.**I would be obliged if you can help me with this matter.
