Hi I had asked Booking.com to confirm my hotel booking with Marina Playa Hotel in Avenida del mar, Mojocar, Spain,if the monies for my booking was to be taken a week before my travel to Spain as I needed to know the last * digits of the card no given to them from which they are taking ayment as I am now using a different card, and not sure if that was registered with thm in order that the money is available for the payment. The line continually got cut off whilst talking to the booking.com member of staff who had told me she needed to contact the hotel as they did not have credit card details they would be with the hotel. She said she would come bak to me but so far has not! Many thanks if you can solve this for me, or would it be possible for myself to pay in cahs on arrival or by credit card on arrival please. Thank you
