Hi*Few issues *On Swissotel al Maqam we booked *-* days for * adults and * children plus We chose breakfast including packedge exactly it was advertised..** After doing the payment and writing my msg to them I made a phone call to find out if all is booked properly as we want hassle free journey they telling me they will only give * beds..*So my first complaint is how can * ppl fit on * beds they will need to provide * beds for * ppl...*Or provide * large beds as I’m*Traveing with my disabled mother and I don’t want any problems..*Please sort this out ASAP...*Secondly they are denying my children right to have breakfast they are saying only adults will get breakfast not children...*What sort of nonsense is this.!!!!*It was advitirsed as inclusive of breakfast so why they want to exclude the kids?*What wrong have they done???*And how can one eat when they children are being prevented from food???*So when I rang them she kept on repeating the same...*Then I told her about what I wrote above so she went to her manger and said that’s what it is and they can’t allow children to eat breakfast...*When I said why did you advitised like that??*That’s missinforminng and deceiving and lying...*They said you need to speak to booking.com about it...*As they haven’t advitised like that..*So I said but both of you work together don’t try to fool me...*She put me on hold and went away for a long time and cut the phone off....*I had to buy extra international minutes to make this phone call which I git charged for...*So can you please sort this out straight away....**. Beds for children**.breasfst for children.*I await your reply with in ** hours.
