I have a hotel booking between Thursday ** January **** and Thursday ** February **** and I want to change my check out to * February. The last date for free changes is tomorrow but the site will not allow the change. Customer services tell me (automated reply) that they are trying to help - day * of this now!!! I want my amendment to be made and to be confirmed. Note: the hotel are happy with the change but say it needs to be done via booking. com
