Hi i was contacted by booking.com to say i had no room on the ******** due to the hotel over booking the reference for the booking is ********** pin **** i was then sent a link to book another room wich i then did ref for new room is ***********Pin **** it will cost upto £** extra i hope i get refund. Since then i have spoke to staff on telephone wich also cost a fortune. I asked could could use cancel the old room then as i cant stay there i was told yes and got a confirmation email of this, but since then i have a email since saying i have * bookings on the **th aug and will me charged for both bookings pleae help as it says its cancelled on my booking but when i search for properties on the **th of august it say i have to properties booked and will get charged for both hope to hear back about this mistake by ur selves
