Good day. *I sent you this email with regards to a complaint. It is about a this reservation number **********. The unit owner from knightsbridge advice me that the reservation needs to be cancelled,as something came up with the unit. They told me i am the one who needs to cancel the booking and so i did. Without knowing that i will only receive php *** as my refund or about $*. The unit owner assured me i will get the FULL REFUND as they already communicate with you guys about this matter. And why is it i only received this amount? And additional they inform me i need to cancel the reservation * days prior to my booking date. This really causing me a lot of inconvenience i really hope you will address my concern. Thank you.
