We reserved * rooms in Lis Chain Hostel in Chungking Mansion, Hongkong. One is a family room for * persons and the other one is standard for * persons. It is to be paid at the hotel. When we arrived at the hostel and already paid our rooms, the receptionist told us that the room we booked has no toilet and shower which made us wonder because the rooms we booked clearly stated the inclusions, he told us that we are liars. At the end, he moved us to only one room which he said has a bathroom and made us pay another *** HKD. The room that he gave is exactly the same room that we booked in this site yet he told us that it is a different room, he even told us that its is 'deluxe' but if you will look to the rooms they offer in the site, there's no even deluxe. So it is clear that the hostel is a scam and should be banned from this site. In the next morning, we also talked to some people checked in in the hotel and told us that they experience the same thing. We cannot do any complaint during our stay because we know that we are not in our own country and everything might happen to us if we do a move but I hope it will not happen again to other people esp Filipinos like us. They are scamming to make more money and leave the tourist with no money. Please make certain action to this hotel. The hotel is Li's Chain Hotel, Flat A*, Block A, S*F, Chungking Mansion, ** Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, hng Kong. Hoping for a response. Thank you!
