I booked a hotel with booking.com online on September **,**** for a handicap room at the Travelodge Hotel in Sudbury, ON.**When I arrived at the Travelodge Hotel and checked myself in I was given a regular room on the *th floor that was very unsatisfactory and the carpets were turned up in different areas of the room.**It was getting to late that night to say anything, but the next morning when I checked out I payed and said something to the maintenance man,*I left and I said when I get home I will get to the bottom of this.**I think between Travelodge and Booking.com I should get my money back for this room.**The room was on the *th floor and it was **** room*My confirmation number was *****.***.****Pin Code ******My address is in Edmonton Alberta Canada**** Clareview Station Drive NW*Unit ***
