Dear booking.com,*I am billed to travel to Prague on the **th of october for a conference that is to last for four days, starting on the *st of october to *th of october, I am going with my boss. We had made our reservation that was for ten days based on the condition that if visa is granted us, we will have no need to cancel, rather we will make the payment when we arrive the hotel.*But to my utter dismay, Hotel U Matina in Prague has taken the money from my account without the consideration that should the visa not be given, I can easily cancel.*I feel sad that all my appeal for it to remain as reservation until visa is granted so that I can now be confident to release my money to them has fallen on deaf ears.*I reserved this hotel through your platform, booking.com.*Please I want you to look into the matter because what I am being told is that whether or not visa is granted, I cannot be refunded back my money.*Please help give a fair judgment on this matter.*Thank you very much,*Joseph Ezekiel.
