Dear sir* modem***Hi*i booked two hotel room which is partner hotel of spg from Booking.com , but i received a email from the hotel that mentioned the credit card name is not match , as the reservation is under ‘Early Bird Promotion’, full payment of entire stay will be charged to the given credit card upon confirmation and it is required to PRESENT THE RELEVANT CREDIT CARD UPON CHECKED IN FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSE. **However, the card is not mine, this is belong to my friend, so if I do not have mine card to hotel, how should I still keep the room. **Also, when I ask hotel for *rd party partyment, they rejected. So may I ask why booking made from online travel agency, hotel will not allow the *rd party payment?**And when I asked if i can earn spg point or not, the reservation staff told the reserved room was not allowed to earn point,may I ask the reason why he can’t earn the point and why only payment on guest own account can make point, I don’t know what is different?**Looking forward to hearing from you,many thanks.**Vincent
