I had a dobule room at Hotel Tomboukto Fes booked for ** - ** Sept, but yesterday I got an email that I need to cancel my stay due to renovation at the hotel. Email included a suggestion for an alternative hotel but it didn't suit my needs so I choose different one (also through Booking). All booked and confirmed, I also emailed you twice, replying for Booking's Customer Service message. The issue is that I still didn't get any reply, my trip to Fes starts in two days and the booking at Hotel Tomboukto Fes is not refundable. All I need from you is to make sure that my booking at Hotel Tomboukto Fes will be cancelled for free (as you promised in the email). Please contact me ASAP so I can make sure the problem will be solved.
