The issue in GetHuman-noramm's own words
There was reservation made under my husband’s name Guadalupe Munoz at the SpringHill Suites Richmond Northwest. The reservation was made for Friday check-in till Saturday check-out. However, we arrived at the hotel on Friday after midnight, it was too early for checkin and there was also no rooms available like the one we reserved. We were offered instead a king size bed room and we were told the booking room was cancelled. While looking at our bank statements we noticed we were still charged for the booking reservation. At checkout at the hotel, we asked the receptionist about the situation and we were told that the hotel couldn’t do anything about the case and we could only call booking and get our refund. We were told that we were charged because apparently it charged as a no call no show, even though when we were offered the king size room we were told the reservation was canceled. We are not understanding why this was still charged the full $*** price for the room that was not used even though the room reservation was cancelled. We are not satisfied with the booking experience and would like a full refund.
