I contacted Bobs for service on a part and the technician came out in Feb. was told that he was going to order the part and it would be here in **-** days. Over a month later I contact Bobs only to be offered a gift card which I declined and asked them to fix the part. that is when the part was ordered. It arrived and it was the wrong part. need the remote switch for the armless couch, not the one with the arm which is what was sent.
GetHuman-mserikar did not yet indicate what Bob's Discount Furniture should do to make this right.
