i paid for help for my husband and initially it was not clear that betterhelp would charge for the entire month. since then he has been hospitialized and missed his first meeting then his counselor rescheduled his session and it landed outside of the month. he has emailed twice and they have not responded to his actual questions. I am asking for a full refund or a change to get three sessions that we paid for. i do not think that the plan is fair - many time the couselor cannot meet with you for two weeks - and then you fall out of the monthly expiration. I wanted this to work for my husband and i am asking for your help. We cannot afford to pay for no sessions - he need help and we are asking for a response. we used money that we could not afford to lose. Please respond - i would like to talk to someone by phone. I did not realized it would be so difficult to ask for customer service. i need to hear from someone right awary.
