I dont know if this is even the appropriate means of contact, but I purchased a Better homes and garden bedding set from Walmart, and I purchased a new bed. When my new bed arrived and I went to make the bed and use my new bedding set one of the big teal flowers was ripped away from the bedding and the stitching was messed up, and torn apart. I tried to return it to walmart but they gave me an issue and told me that I had the bedding set for a week and they didn't know if it was me or if it was like that before hand, so they wont let me return or exchange it. What would my next step be? Its been a few weeks now because I have been attempting to resolve this with Walmart, but that doesn't seem to be the case after multiple visits back and forth. I am a single mom and the financial struggle is hard, I cant just go and spend another $** on another set. Please help me or point me in the right direction! thank you !!
