I recently purchased the Avila Beach 4-piece sectional, but unfortunately, one of the cushions arrived with a rip in it. After contacting Better Homes and Gardens customer service in June, they asked me to send my proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged cushion. A claim was filed to replace the cover. However, I received an email stating I needed to return the entire product to the store, which I prefer not to do. I simply request a replacement cover to be sent to me instead. I have been a loyal subscriber of Better Homes and Gardens for many years. As a snowbird splitting my time between Wisconsin and Florida, I updated my address when moving in October. Unfortunately, I have not received any magazines since then, despite having multiple issues left on my subscription. Just received my August [redacted] Better Homes and Gardens magazine in the mail. Wondering why I'm paying for this magazine? This issue has a total of [redacted] pages, including front and back covers. It contains only 83 pages of actual content, with the rest being full-page advertisements and drug warning pages. Not worth the time or the $3.99 cover price. Disappointed in the excessive advertising. Please cancel my subscription. The magazine should focus on providing more content and fewer ads. Sharing this feedback with Stephen Orr and Stephen Bohlinger. They need to consider the balance of ads to keep readers engaged. ECON [redacted] might be a helpful class for them.

I've just received the August '[redacted] Better Homes and Gardens magazine in the mail. I'm frustrated with the excessive amount of advertising in this issue. Out of the total [redacted] pages, there are only 73 pages of actual content. This means there are 67 full-page advertisements or prescription drug warning pages, making it feel like a waste of time and money. The $3.99 cover price seems high for the amount of content provided. I feel like the heavy focus on ads is detracting from the magazine's value and negatively impacting the customer experience. I'd like to cancel my subscription as I no longer find it worth reading with so much advertising. I hope the magazine's editors, Stephen Orr and Stephen Bohlinger, consider balancing the amount of ads to maintain reader interest. My name is Leanne. I have six children, and my husband Mark and I have always prioritized our kids' needs over our home. A few years ago, I suffered from two brain aneurysms, which has impacted my health significantly. I struggle with constant pain and sleeplessness, making it difficult to work more than three days a week, and my memory has been affected as well. Our house is in disrepair, with a severe mold problem, but we don't have the funds to fix it as we've spent everything on our children. I purchased a comforter from Walmart about a month ago and initially loved its appearance and feel. However, after following the washing instructions, the comforter's texture completely changed. Certain areas have become hard and faded, making it uncomfortable to use. I am disappointed by this outcome and uncertain about how to resolve it. I bought your outdoor LED strip lights from Walmart, under the Better Homes and Gardens brand. Unfortunately, the adapter that came with it blew out the same day. I even tried changing the fuses, but it still doesn't work. I feel like I received a faulty product and I'm hoping you can send me a replacement. I've been looking for just the adapter, but I can't find it for less than $15. Given that I paid $30 for the lights, it doesn't seem right to have to pay almost as much for just the adapter. Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with a Better Homes and Gardens magazine that I believe was published before [redacted]. The problem is with a Cross Stitch pattern of a Welcome sign featured in the magazine. The word "Welcome" is stitched in lovely blues and is surrounded by delightful sunflowers. I'm currently halfway through stitching this pattern, but unfortunately, I have misplaced the pattern due to multiple house moves in recent years. I have been receiving BHAG magazines for several months without ever placing an order. I have tried to cancel through various methods including calling, returning the magazine with a written request to cancel, and sending back subscription cards with cancellation written on them. I do not want to be billed for something I never ordered and have no interest in. Please ensure that someone from the company sees this and cancels my subscription promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I have been renovating for over 6 years now and have encountered numerous issues. I am struggling with my mental health and lack confidence to continue due to constantly redoing work. I often find myself disappointed with the outcomes, and attempts to save money end up with me being ripped off by contractors whose work I have to redo. Achieving the results I desire has become a challenge, leading to a sense of hopelessness. It feels like I will never achieve the garden I envision. Each effort seems to result in more problems and disappointment, making it difficult to progress.

I bought a rug from Walmart, it's a sort of rag rug. I've had it less than a year, and it's starting to unravel. It's a large rug that cost around $15 to $20. I'm on a fixed income, so this is quite a significant amount for me to spend on an item that hasn't even lasted a year, and it's never been washed. I started receiving issues of Better Homes and Gardens without requesting them. Despite threats to pay for the subscription or it would be canceled, the magazines kept coming until I reluctantly paid $10.75. Now, more editions are arriving, and I do not want any more. Even free ones are unwanted. I declined a friends' magazine trial offer, yet they still arrive. I suspect someone signed me up for these unwanted subscriptions. I feel frustrated and harassed by these aggressive sales tactics. I utilize my local library for reading and do not want unsolicited magazines. Please cease sending them as I did not subscribe and have no intention of doing so. I do not want any other magazines either.

I received my magazine today and found the renewal request inside. I mailed a check on April 13, [redacted], for $28.00 to renew my subscription for 2 years and get the promised cookbook. Although my check cleared last month, my renewal status still shows an expiration date of July [redacted]. Additionally, despite several requests, the magazine continues to be addressed to my husband, Alan Byrne, instead of changing it to mine, Cynthia Byrne. Could you help resolve these issues or direct me to someone who can? I am Cynthia Byrne residing at 60 Exeter Road, Hampton Falls NH [redacted]. I submitted a postcard with a check for a Better Homes and Gardens subscription about two months ago. The check was processed on November 9th, but I have yet to receive any magazines. I prefer hard copies over digital versions and have not been contacted regarding the status of my subscription. I specifically opted for a 2-year subscription and I am disappointed that I have not received any magazines yet. I hope Better Homes and Gardens can address this promptly as I eagerly anticipate receiving the monthly issues in my mailbox.

I have bought three two-year subscriptions to Better Homes and Gardens. Additionally, I have redeemed two free one-year subscriptions offered with my BHG furniture purchases from Walmart.com. Despite sending in postcards and attempting to request additional free subscriptions through the website, I have not received any magazines. I am frustrated by the lack of communication or response from BHG Customer Service.

I didn't have any issues, but I was disappointed by the cover of the June [redacted] BH&G issue. I've been a longtime reader, assuming it was a woman's magazine. I typically avoid magazines like "People." At 85 years old, receiving an issue with Harry Styles on the cover, with painted nails and tattoos, was shocking. The photos were offensive to me, as I expected advice and content to live by. While I don't recall subscribing, I didn't complain before since it aligned with my expectations. Images like the half-dressed man throwing away his pants and standing on his head were disrespectful. Though my opinion may not represent others, I feel this issue has significantly lowered the magazine's standards.
