Hello - I purchased the Aluratek WiFi gram from you all as a Christmas present for my parents. It does not work - the app does not load pictures and the email function does not work either. I have reached out to Aluratek *X with no response. The frame was set up as instructed and is connected to the network. The app is terrible and doesn’t even accept the device code - code entry only accepts numeric but the device code is clearly alphanumeric?!**This was an expensive purchase - nearly $*** - please reach out to me to discuss*resolve.**Thank you,*JB
