Today I drove for ** minutes to the Wawick RI Best Buy to purchase a top of the line Sony or Bose wireless noise cancelling headphones with Alexa or Google assist for $*** to $***. I had many questions that I was looking for answers. When I arrived at the store there were about ** associates gathered around the center of the store. I waited for ** minutes for assistance asking at the person watching the front door. Eventually somebody came over to assist. He showed me the Sony model which I was interested in. When I strated to ask specific questions, and I quote " not today, we are all tied up with the new launch of the IPhone **." So I was not happy to say the least and walked out of the store passing the man at the door. I voiced my displease to him as well and kept walking to my car and left vowing never to purchase again from Best Buy. Not the way to treat a customer.
GetHuman3628208 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
