Went to Best Buy Montgomeryville. Realized when I got home that it was the wrong phone. I wanted an IPhone XR *** gig and when I got home I realized it was the ** gig. I waited * hours in Best Buy to purchase this phone including waiting, updating and transferring contacts and purchase time. They also charged me for assembling the screen protector. When I got home and realized it was the wrong phone, I immediately called them. No one answered the phone although rang continually all through the night. That is in itself a DISGRACE! How can a consumer feel comfortable with a purchase when no one will answer the phone??? I am writing this to document my extreme efforts in contacting someone at BestBuy. I don’t know if I can get back to the store this weekend. Might have to be next week. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY A RESTOCKING CHARGE SINCE THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT! I was passed thru * different Best Buy sales people and somewhere this mistake was made. I think i know what happened but I’ll explain in more detail later. My name is Joyce Schneider .
