Help with my Best Buy issue

Had a problem in a Best Buy Store in Houston. I was in the store for ** minutes and a manager never came to see about the complaint or concern I had. I was simply relayed a message by the cashier. The other problem is why there is an issue with customer pickup giving physical receipts and the csr at the pos giving bags for the purchase?**I made a purchase for a video game and was told that Gamer's Club Unlocked does not apply to video games that are on sale, this is what the csr at the pos, relayed from her manager. This is not true. I have purchased several games in the last month that were on sale or clearance and the Gamer's Club Unlocked discount applied. In addition the manager never came to the front to discuss it with me the customer. It is Store***** **** E Sam Houston Pkwy N*Houston, Texas *******I am requesting that the discount be applied to purchase, and better training be given to the managers and csr's in the store about customer service.
