The issue in GetHuman-syossetb's own words
Before I contact Better Business Bureau, I decided to try one more time to resolve my problem. I had purchased * $*** gift cards with cash star* Best Buy and received three $** of the advertised bonuses. My son was having trouble purchasing the gift card. Therefore I purchased it for him. His name is on the certificate. He is the customer and the recipient.He was denied the bonus because they said that it was on my email address. No where does it say that maximum of * for each email address. It specifically states * per customer. Three gift cards were specifically for me( with my name as the customers). The fourth one( card number ****************) was specifically specified for my son -Philip. He should have received the $** bonus. Thank you in advance. Robert Schwartzman
