Reference Order **************- Really quite disappointed with BEST BUY SERVICE!!! Was not happy with waiting a week for installation of a microwave but lived with it...only to find out when installation time did occur this morning (the installation person was great) that it could not be installed because purchased item was longer than my broken "over the range microwave" (due to backsplash issue)*I was not asked if I had a backsplash...did tell the salesperson what I had that was broke...I JUST PURCHASE-DON'TSELL...*salesperson should be familiar with products they are selling and that installation needed a third party! Waited ALL DAY AND NIGHT for a phone call to set up another installation date which NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Are you going to rectify this DEBACLE and install it on MONDAY **** OR do I need to purchase & have a microwave installed by another company?*And yes it is the principle. If I have to wait longer for another company I will!*Oh and will NEVER Purchase a thing from BEST BUY again and will tell everyone on social media how poor your customer service is!!!
