I have been a best buy geek squad subscriber for a year or so. I have a member id. I get emails to a specific email address. and I need to update my credit card information so they can continue to charge me monthly. I go to sign in......there's no account with that email address. But * days ago I got an email stating I needed to update that information for my card. I contact support.....I get transferred * times and get no answers, however, my credit card information got updated when I used the link in the email they sent me * days ago. yet I have no account according to the site. what the junk gives? if I don't have an account then don't charge me, but if I do, then fix the **** problem stope giving me the run around and multiple transfers because your customer support people do not understand the issue. after all you have my money, why need my account to be accurate?
